1. How Do I Submit?
To submit a photograph, send an email with your name, mailing address (including street address, city, state and zip code) to photos(at)granbyma(dot)net. Attach a digital photograph to the email message.

2. Am I Eligible to Participate?
You may participate if:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are the person who originally took the photograph
• You have all necessary rights to submit this photograph and to grant others a license to use the photograph
• You have not previously conveyed exclusive rights to use this photograph to any other person

3. How Will Your Photos Be Used?
We appreciate your interests, this is a family and kid-friendly information site!  Please do not send any photo that our visitors may consider offensive.

We may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the photograph for any purpose in any form and on any media. We do not guarantee owner of photos will be contacted in event the photos are posted. By emailing your photos, you represent that you have accurately conveyed the information above. You grant GranbyMA.net an irrevocable, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to use the photograph and to grant the others the right to use the photograph in GranbyMA.net's sole discretion.
